I am currently using Excel documents to track rental properties and notes that I am carrying. What is the best software that I can do both with? I have looked into Landlord Max for rentals and Quickbooks for owner carry deals, but was kinda wanting something that does both in one software platform. Any suggestions?
I use Quickbooks for everything, once your learn how to use QB for property management it does a great job. There is a learning curve. Also look at youtube videos, this guy does great videos on the subject. He does offer a subscription for his entire series.
Thank you for the suggestion. If it works for you then I know it'll work for me as well. I have never used QB and didn't know if it would even be possible to do both on it. Off to purchase QB!
