Curious how large-scale property managers are tackling vacancy in soft markets — especially those managing 10+ units or multiple STR listings.
We manage a small portfolio in Oakhurst CA and have been running some experiments with dynamic pricing + listing splits. Happy to share what we've learned, but mostly want to hear how others at larger scale are approaching this.
