A Simple Way to Catch Seller Leads Before They Go Cold

Inbound seller leads landing in three different places (Carrot site, Gmail, DMs) seems to be a common headache for people here. Half go cold before anyone gets back to them.

Mapping out a simple version of how to solve this with n8n (free) and a Google Sheet:

1. One Google Sheet with columns: source, name, phone, address, motivation, date.
2. In n8n, add a Webhook trigger and point your seller form (Carrot, Tally, whatever) at the webhook URL. Every new submission lands in the sheet.
3. Add an IMAP trigger pointed at your seller-lead inbox. Filter by subject keyword so only real leads come through, not random newsletters.
4. Both feed into one Google Sheets node that appends a row.
5. Add a phone push or Slack ping so you see new leads the moment they come in.

Setup takes about an hour. Happy to share the workflow if anyone wants it.
