I built an app that allows you to convert images to realistic walkthrough using AI. It is quite natural like video recording and is social media friendly as you can just post the property video. I think the output is quite compelling and the flow is simple enough (just uploading images and floor plan, possibly dimensions too as you would do for listing). After 1-2 hours, you would have a walkthrough video all done by AI. Would this concept work? Obviously, the video will have a disclosure that it is AI generated but it wouldn't alter the actual images (no interior suggestions).
The issues is that a lot of times we don't have a floor plan. Nobody is going to spend time in making one as it's kinda difficult - especially if you are required to make it using a software. If your software can accept a hand drawn drawing of floor plan, it might work. We find those apps very helpful where someone just goes through the app to every room, it's recording video and then it generates walkthrough as well as floor plan! We have used CubiCasa before and we really like it. BTW, we don't need it every time because in many cases, the floor plan is the same - each type of unit might have exact same floor plan, in that case, we simply need to do this once for that unit type.
