What is your feedback and experience? Are you using it frequently? Why not use it?

I have shown a property using FaceTime to a person I work with but not a client. It actually worked well. The person I was showing saw things I did not pick up on which killed the deal and save a 35 minute drive. It works in the context of decided a property is not worth physically looking at but if the property appears to be something worth moving on I think it's best to physically be on location, at some point at least.

We're starting to use a platform called ReaLync.  It allows for live and pre-recorded video tours, and virtual open houses.  Obviously there's no substitute for physically inspecting a property, but we're happy with it.

So I was wondering, is there anything you guys miss from apps like Skype, Hangouts, FaceTime? Something that would make you save even more time and money?
