Options for camera lens
I have t5 canon rebel. I was thinking of getting an ultra wide angle lens 10 to 18 mm cannon one I heard it was good and only $300 can anyone recommend how to use it or tips were using it as far as lighting settings etc. for interior photos

I recommend you also get a tripod and several drop lights and connect your camera to your computer this will allow you to set up the shot. Its all in the set up..... i have orderedpriofesuonal photographs and watched then set up the shots and you definitely see the difforance.
If you take the time to do this over time you will have 10 goto shots and on each home find 20 new shots. Focus on getting at least 10 great shots and fill the listing with 20 others.
Sydicated sites will use your listing first if you have more pictures. I would also recommend uploading directly to the Sydicated sites 5 days before you put the listing in the MLS and put your contact info on the bottom of the primary picture. This will allow people not affiliated with an agent to call you directly.
Thanks a lot Jim. Those tips are priceless. Especially about syndicated sites. Which sites do you put it on besides Trulia, Zillow and/or Redfin prior to MLS?
