Hi everyone! I built a site two months ago where we connect realtors to prospective buyers/renters all through text-message. We just launched the ability for agents to claim zip codes. When you claim a zip code, you will receive all of our leads for that area...for free!
I wanted to get feedback of what a typical conversation between you and your clients are (initially especially) and anything else that you think might be helpful to know about your text-messaging experience for real estate.

That sounds like an interesting concept. The conversations that are typically had in the beginning are getting to know the client. Who they are, why they are selling, how much they think the property is worth, what are the hoping to ultimately sell the property for, etc. Just that really basic information about how we can best help them.
