Do you have any pain points you wish software solved for you? Let me know as with my deep expertise in Software development & Big Data I am looking to pick one problem to solve as a fun project as long as it has the potential to help at-least 1000 Real Estate Investors on a regular basis.

Sure, take 10,000 homes bought by investors, and do regression analysis that gives me an indication of variables that are common, like geographic area, home value, home owner's age, income level, political persuasion, gender, ethnicity, or anything else!
