Apps for keeping real estate team organized

Hi Bigger Pockets members -

My real estate team is looking to start using either Wunderlist or Todoist - anyone out there have thoughts/opinions on which one would be the best fit for a team of 5-10. Do you use the free version or the pro versions? Would love your input! Also open to suggestions of other app options that do similar things!

Thanks!!

John, indeed you can. Trello gives you the option to create as many boards as you want. I have a small team so we grouped all of our to-do lists on "RemodelMate Task" and we can see what each person is working on. This probably wouldn't work for a team of say, 50 agents...in that case it'd likely be better to create a board for each one.

Regarding reminders, here's an example of a card from my own personal to-do list.

- If I click into a specific card I have the option of setting a due date and also adding another member to the card. I automatically get an e-mail reminder 24 hours before a task is due.

- I don't think Trello has the capability to set numerous reminders if that's what you need. If I have a specific task that I need time specific reminders for (30 min before / 1 hour before / 2 hours before) ... I personally use Slack

Hope this helps
