Deal machine app: getting people to drive you you

Good morning everyone. I’m a newbie but thinking about downloading the deal machine app. You can add up to 3 or 5 team members. My question is if anyone is doing this and how are you setting up how the team driver gets paid? Limited on funds so I’m trying to find an app that’s going to work best for me at the moment. Also looking into flipmorehouses.com. Thanks for the help everyone
