REI Automator Vs. PropStream

Hi everyone. I wanted to get some feedback on these software's. I use REI Automator and I really like it but it seems like most investors have never used it are more familiar with PropStream for some reason (Ive also never used PS)? Would anyone know if there is a difference to these or if they could recommend any other sites? I'd appreciate any response to this weird question.

Just stumbled upon REI Automator, haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Would be interested in what others say on here as I have the same question.
