Join me tonight at the Boston Area REIA in Newton, MA.

I will be one of the speakers and will be doing a case study on how to flip properties with terrible locations.

Would you buy a place next to the sewer plant? I did and I made good money flipping it to someone that was excited to live there!

    If I could make it, I would. Life getting in the way of business tonight.

    If you are wavering on heading to the meetup, just go. I've met Shaun in person and the presentation promises to be entertaining.

    Hope the meeting went well, hopefully after October I'll have more PM time free so I can make an evening meeting! Halloween is almost here, weekends are PACKED!
