West LA - Santa Monica Casual Meetup Interest?

Happy Friday everyone,

Just gauging interest on an informal West LA/Santa Monica meetup of BP members? Perhaps gathering after work at a local bar (perhaps Charleston or Bruhaus) for a Q&A among participants?

Inspired after listening to the latest podcast.

Thanks!

John

I would be up for it. Barfood is also a decent place for meeting since it usually isn't too loud or crowded for talking.

it will depend on my schedule that week but I'd enjoy having a meet up over on the west side. All of the meet ups seem to be far way from us.

Saturday, March 15th in the afternoon has been suggested. Thoughts?

I think that works for me as does during the week. I live a block from Bruhaus or Barfood, so I am biased for those locations.

I'll leave this thread up to discuss possibilities. If you folks sort out an actual meeting, details will need to be posted in the Real Estate Events and Happenings forum.

Sorry about that Jon. I'm not a pro member so I wasn't able to.

The 15th in the afternoon is good. The grind worked great as we had it all to ourselves. I am open to any place without background noise. Anyone have access to a conference room.

I will try to make it. I can second the Grind. We could also do one of the ocean front hotels in Santa Monica. Loews, Casa, Shutters.

    Thanks,

    Matt

The west side pavilion also has a meeting room. I assume they charge, but I don' t know how much. Maybe someone can check on it.

Looks like we're tentatively scheduled for Saturday, March 15th at the same Venice Grind that Ali's last meetup took place.

    3pm-4pm - meet and greet

    4pm - on - table discussions

@Coty Leon and @Jeff Greenberg will be leading the topic discussions. Feel free to chime in with any suggestions.

    Look forward to meeting everyone.

    J
