Hey guys I'm a new wholesaler in Manatee county getting ready to start marketing for sellers. Does anyone know of any investor friendly title companies that do double closes and work with contract assignments?
Also if your in that area and are looking for properties lets connect and find you some deals!!!
Hello David, unfortunately, I do not know of any "double closing" title companies. However, I have used Barnes Walker for real estate investment flips and multifamily apartment buildings etc... I recommend them for that type of real estate investments (perhaps you can call and ask them).
