I am a license agent looking for a broker to hang my license with in St. Louis, MO. This will be for personal deals and will not be working as a full time re agent, but rather an investor using my license to benefit my personal business. I don't want to deal with hefty office/desk fees and commission splits. Any suggestions?
@Brittani Gardner My business partner and I were actually both looking at getting our licenses just for the mls access. He has a colleague who actually owns his own brokerage and offered to let us go through him. He said we could negotiate our own commissions and would let us do our own thing. If you like I can check with my partner and see if that offer is still open?
