Road Trip, Blowing through your town next week. Arriving Monday 12/14. DH has event at at MCC on Tuesday 12/15 (Democracy, Pubic Deliberation, Climate Change....yawn). We are out of there on Wednesday 12/16.

Well, from the underwhelming response, I guess there's no intelligent RE investing life in Phoenix. Make it south Florida, and Roccos Tacos here we come. I wonder what kind of liquor Rick trades his wisdom for?
The booze probably won't happen as I am only free in the mornings/early afternoons. While decorum and manners are not my strong suit, I probably won't be downing whiskey in the a.m. As far as I know Rick doesn't trade liquor for anything - he values his sanity and his peace of mind.
