This is Ram and I am beginner investor from Northern CA - Concord. I would like to work with experienced investors in the Bay Area. Please let me know if anyone is interested.
RAM - What can you bring to the table? I've got $$$ and can get deals done. I want large deals - don't have time to do a transaction to make $20k....... Not to be flip, but just cannot go small. What are you in to?

Sorry for the delayed reply. Being a beginner investor and you looking at large deals I can help you find one. By that I mean, all the due diligence will be my part and you can do your final check to invest in those deals. BTW, by large deals do you mean, apartment houses, commercial properties, etc.? I have many investors from Ca buying rentals in the Cleveland markets, about 200 so far , net caps from 11% - 16% . I have 50 more flying in to see me and my team next weekend, we do this 3 x a year. . I am here to help
