Dang, just got back from LV so can't make it Jon! Maybe next time ... Hard Rock is my favorite casino/hotel and I love talking Las Vegas Real Estate! :mrgreen:

I used to have a theory about Las Vegas. This city is such a sinful town that God is just waiting for all the buildings to be completed and then treat it like Sodom and Gomorrah. Well, the last real estate collapse may be just the begining...

We can do a meet up in Dallas in early December. Any good dates for you?
And you need to put one together in Phoenix. With Nick headlining as entertainment.

I'd love to Jon as Vegas is my town, but I have Rosie's Naked RE investors club meeting that evening in which I will be one of a few investors in a roundtable format discussing actual deals we have in front of the attendees.

If you ever do another, let me know, I will be there, schedule permitting.
