@Long Nguyen i use Roeser accounting, they've been pretty good at the RE stuff. if you can't find them just shoot me a message and i can give you their contact info.
Anybody buying land in Fresno? I have a little over an Acre lot for wholesale, originally had a mobile home on it which is no longer there so just a vacant land.

Hello,
Liking to purchase a 4-plex in the Fresno area. Anybody recommend places to purchase near or stay away from? Also what have been your experiences good and bad with the Fresno community as far as rent/quality of tenants?
Looking to purchase soon a building leased out, hoping to make some upgrades and refinance to get at least some money out of it, and then hold on to it.

@Nathan Rutledge I am an active investor in the Fresno and surrounding areas and I own 50+ units all over town. As far as the area is concerned it depends on your goals. I'm mainly focused on cashflow with appreciation being a bonus and have done really well in B- or C neighborhoods. Depending on your price range and investment goals you may want to start looking in the 93703, 93704, and 93705 zip codes. I also licensed and have a team of 5 agents that work for me and we would be happy to help you find a property if you're not already working with someone.

Thank you Jason, I am interested in trying the Brrrr method, however do need insights to local rents, as well as local overall market. I also would like to buy and hold for appreciation. Would you have time sometime the next few days to chat and offer some onsite on the local market?
Essentially if like to set up a day to possibly meet and tour around some potential properties/areas to get a firm grasp on what we may be getting into.
