Is anyone investing jn Pittsburgh Pa

Im in the Pittsburgh area and was hoping to find a mentor that could show me the ropes of real estate investing. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to start my dreams of investing.. Any help would be appreciated. I can also volunteer my time for free if any one needs a hand with a project nearby

Kaleb Ramsey My limited experience in Pittsburgh shows that there is tremendous potential for buy and holds. Granted that I am analyzing deals from OOS. But I see many low crime areas and property taxes lower than many midwestern cities of the similar size. Good luck in your investing!

There are two REIA groups in Pittsburgh. West Penn REIA and ACRE. Both would connect you with a lot of local investors. I know West Penn has a lot of subgroups that would allow for more personalized contact than the larger monthly group meeting.
