Is anyone investing jn Pittsburgh Pa
Im in the Pittsburgh area and was hoping to find a mentor that could show me the ropes of real estate investing. I’m willing to do whatever it takes to start my dreams of investing.. Any help would be appreciated. I can also volunteer my time for free if any one needs a hand with a project nearby

My limited experience in Pittsburgh shows that there is tremendous potential for buy and holds. Granted that I am analyzing deals from OOS. But I see many low crime areas and property taxes lower than many midwestern cities of the similar size.
