Wholesalers in Charleston, SC and Savannah, GA

Hello.

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good wholesaler email lists and/or companies in Charleston, SC and surrounding areas and Savannah, GA and surrounding areas. I'm actually outside of Cleveland but want to start investing in the south for either rentals or vacation properties. Also interested in duplexes, triplexes, etc. Any advice would be great.

I love Charleston its been very good to us.. we are not buy and hold we are building new retail homes in the 500 to 2 million range and its quite brisk in the inner city there.. very unique.
I did just build a 8 unit and sold it last march.. well full gut rehab on the front 4 and new built on the back 4.. that sold for 1.350..

@Charlie Craine I am a wholesaler in the Greenville Spartanburg South Carolina area and I currently have 2 move in ready rentals no work needed. Sellers are looking to close fast on both. Let me know if interested and I can get you more info.
