There is also a nice RE meeting next week (Thursday) in Glenside, PA...   the speaker is talking about building a RE portfolio.

It's a little bit of a haul for me coming from Chester County...   but it's a good meeting/organization so I attend most months.   It would be a good place to start for new investors.

If you have any interest in going, we can meet up there.

@Kyle Lauriano I attend a few REI meetups in Chester and Montgomery counties.  I'm sure that there is a meetup in Central Bucks county where you are.  Try a quick search on the Meetup Ap; you'll find something close by.
