Looking for a property manager in Houston that specializes in Section 8 housing. One that would handle not only the application process, but also maintenance and compliance.

Most PMs won’t manage SEC 8. One way to find one who will is to go to the website of your local housing authority, find the Housing Choice Voucher section and check out the list of available properties. You can generally tell who is an owner and who is a PM based on the contact info.

We used to do a lot of section 8 but have not moved away from it.
We're seeing a lot of vouchers being reduced and items that should be tenant responsible and are now being put on the owner, even if it is tenant responsible, but the tenant does not make the required repair, housing's only action is to take the voucher away.
