Hey guys,
New to investing and trying to crunch numbers on some small multi family investments on the treasure coast FL. Looking at data about Ft Pierce,FL and it doesn’t look good even though there are properties that I think would work. Is it not a good idea to look at these? Should I move on?

Hey Chris,
You’re welcome. I have a duplex and sfh in the area. I like the area but I feel like it’s starting to get overpriced. There are still some good deals to be had if you’re willing to look.
There’s a ton of empty/abandoned buildings in the interior of the city if you don’t mind doing complete gut jobs. Hope that helps. Later

@Rickey Rodriguez thanks for the reply! What’s your opinion of the area? I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the statistical area information and determine whether or not the area is going to grow more or flatten out.

@Chris W. I just had a small multi-family off-market offering in Fort Pierce, but it was a C- neighborhood and I'm looking for C+ locations. You really have to know the area, or have a team member (property manager) that does.
