I would really like to team up with a realtor or team who can help with foreclosures and auctions in Dallas and Atlanta. I would like to accumulate some good revenue generating properties and possibly some flips. Anyone know how to get started and who might be good contacts in these areas?

Matthew Philipchuk good luck in finding folks. Word of mouth and personal recommendations are best for finding good people to work with. REIAs are good place to meet folks.
