Looking to Network with Fellow Investors in Central New York

I'm a newbie just getting started and looking to network with local investors in central New York. Current plan is to implement the wholesale strategy to get started and learn the business but my end goal is to buy and hold for cash flow. Willing to work for free in my spare time to learn, grow and gain experience.

@Brian Holmes

You can make money via "Wholesale" but I have to imagine that the failure rate is high for wholesalers starting out.

You may be better off signing up to become an agent - Atleast be an agent for a while where you can learn buyers look for in a property and how much they pay for a property before you go and become a wholesaler.
