Hey all,
i know of another established meetup here in SE Florida. I'll look up the post and put it here. They're currently meeting online due to that little virus.
For everybody in the Lauderdale area there's an awesome meetup at the Dennys off 95 and Oakland Park every Thursday at 1pm. I'm not sure if they're active at the moment due to COVID, however, when it is going there are usually a lot of experienced investors that attend regularly.

For anyone else reading this post....Im excited to network, look for some mentorship, team up, work for education/cheap/free. I took a risk on an Airbnb deal in hollywood beach that was going south and then covid hit and closed up shop. Ive been reading a bunch to build the knowledge foundation. Ultimately I want to BRRRR, but anticipate getting involved in other creative, smaller and lower risk deals while i build out my education, network, team and capital.
Im open for anyone to reach out who reads this in South Florida! I do have a full time job and baby, so I may be slow to reply, but please don't be a stranger. I have some big goals and believe RE is my vehicle to achieving them. Thanks!
