I'm new to BP, looking to start the 90-Day Challenge to acquire my first rental property, and I'd like to connect with like-minded people in and around my area. I tried searching in the Forums for Local Real Estate groups but I think I kinda failed.

@BJ Marshall Welcome. Plenty of very helpful investors are on BP. Baltimore REIA is very good; they have weekly programs for low cost or free for members. DC REI Rockstars is also good. Not as active as Bmore REIA but Rockstars has very substantive programs. Columbia MD has group also.
