Not sure if there’s a lot of in person meet ups going on at the moment anywhere unfortunately. I’m getting ready to take part in a virtual mastermind soon. I think that seems to be where all the meet ups are pivoting to at least for now. It’s not all bad in my opinion, this way people from all over the country or even world can get connected and share ideas, it’s a good way to expand perspective
I'm new to Bigger Pockets and a first time investor, despite being a Commercial Realtor for 20 years. I'm still licensed and would love to meet and eat in Galveston when the storms pass and it's safe.
Hello from NorthEast Houston. Definitely interested in local monthly meetups or Zoom meetings to talk about strategy and lessons learned. As for my self, I am interested in buy and hold (SFH).
I'm thinking about starting up a casual meet up here in Galveston. No speeches or sales. Just investors relaxing together and discussing real estate and strategies. Don't have anything set up yet but hopefully put one together next month. I'd be happy to message you or anyone else interested when I do.

I am a new investor about to close on my first fix and flip deal in Galveston but looking to focus on buy and holds (rentals). Awesome! So great to meet you all here! My family and I are on an RV trip until mid October in the PNW. We have extremely spotty reception. We look forward to returning to Galveston, surrounding ourselves with likeminded positive people and attending local meet ups or zoom calls...but mostly local meetups!
