Hello my Santa Clarita Valley People!

I wanted to see who lives in the SCV to start a network program if possible.

And if you are from the valley area (Granada Hills, Sylmar, North Hills, etc.) feel free to reach out!

Hopefully if we get a decent amount of response, we can do a monthly meet up to just mastermind together and each other advice.

    Hey! I live in the Santa Clarita Valley as well, I'd be happy to join, however currently I am in no place to start investing as I am still finishing out my senior year of high school and also finishing my real estate courses on the side.

    @Jin Kim, I was also looking on meetup and found a group. It's headed by Kendra Lingerfelt, who it seems is advertising New Wealth Management Club. Heard anything about it?

    @Jin Kim Been studying still! Application hasn鈥檛 been processed and they鈥檙e still on August 27th鈥檚 as of October 5. Was told it was going to take 8-10 weeks to have a test date!

    I live in Santa Clarita and very interested to connect with peoples who are interested or involved in real estate investing. I only have a few rentals in Santa Clarita and Palmdale. Currently looking out of states multi-family, Las Vegas, Phoenix AZ, Santa Antonio TX, any advised are much appreciated.

    @Jin Kim, They're doing Zoom meetings and will have one in Riverside where the main New Wealth HQ is.  But it looks like you have to drop a couple grand to join and get 5-10% of wholesale deals that you bring to them.  At least to start.  I'm not interested in paying for my friends and networking groups.

    But I like that we're getting fellow Santa Clarita people who are interested in meeting up.  Let's get something together.

    good to see another Agent in the SCV Valley that is an investor as well. I would love to be a part of a Mastermind Group if time allows. I am an Agent in Beverly Hills but live in Santa Clarita with my family. We are new to the investment side of the business. It's always good to connect with other likeminded people.

    @Jin Kim, I'm looking in the 400-500k range for a property that needs some work. But I know everyone else is too. I'm pre approved, but can't find a lender that can pre underwrite me to make me competitive with the cash buyers. They're all overwhelmed. I mean, even little shacks in Canyon Country are going for 400k! Just frustrating.
