Looking to a Investor friendly title company in Farmington, NM.
Also, if you know of any good contractors that can get an itemized repair cost estimates for me would be great as well. I will pay them for their services.

Hi Phil. The only title company here is San Juan Title. They recently acquired Guardian Title and now are the only ones left. There are some great people over there that are great to work with if you need a referral.
