Best Lenders in Louisville Kentucky

Hey everyone! I'm looking to move forward to buying my first house! I'm looking to find the best lenders in the Louisville area. Probably going to shop around for a week and see what the best rate I can find is. If you have any suggestions I'm all ears!

Hey @James McCormick!

We are blessed with some GREAT investor-friendly lenders in our market here. 

Hard Money - SurePoint Equity, MM Lending, Annex Capital and Flippin' Loans are ALL locally owned and operated and great to work with. 

Local Community Banks - River City, Republic, and United Citizens are all great.

I have worked with each one of these lenders in some capacity and would recommend you check some or all of them out. Let me know if you have any questions!!

    @Jackie Comitino Yes, I do invest out of state. Im in California. Doing my first in Louisville now. Its just about building a team there (or anywhere you invest really)

    Just depends on what type of lending you are looking for. Rehab loan you may want to look at River City. Best places to call is all the credit unions and small banks. I like CUB bank and First Harrison, Park Community Credit union is also a good one. Let me know if you have any questions

    The credit unions and small banks normally have better rates and are easier to work with than the Bigger Banks.

    Brad is spot on! Those are the big three I'd recommend. SurePoint for hard money as well.

    Thank you everyone! I got my answer an more. I'm going to look into the three options and see what I can get pre-approved for.
