Omaha is a great town. I own a rental there. There's a lot of opportunity and the market prices are really low compared to most of the rest of the country. Good luck with your investing.

Welcome to BP. You may want up consider joining MOPOA. They meet twice a month, a Monday evening and Sat. Breakfast meet. The Monday meetings aren't held in the summer, but, breakfast are. They are mostly SFH investors.
