Hey Paul! Im in Visalia. I've just started in my real estate investing journey but have hit the road running with 2 deals closed in 2020 and a 3rd set to close in January of 2021. Needless to say I've got the bug!

Hello everyone. I am also new to investing in Visalia also. I just bought my first deal Dec 2020. A house hack that I found on the MLS. Took me 6 weeks to get move in ready since it was a smoker house and required a lot of work! Now time to save up for my next venture. Hopefully everyone keeps grinding away at deals
