Xpress Loans 911 line of credit

Has anyone ever applied for the line of credit they offer? Has anyone used it successfully? I have no problem paying the 10K fee if I am able to use the 1Mil.

lots of bad ju ju in other threads on these guys.. take the 10k and never get the LOC is what others say

Don't do it! THey are complete scammers! They stole our 10K and immediately changed the terms we were told. They say they will do a deal for you and then find problem after problem so you have to move on elsewhere or lose a property. Either that or they change the terms to some God awful deal...and guess what...they still will not refund your money. MY adivce,...STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!.
