Got this nicely located lot from a wholesaler. Didn't know it would be a bit hard to sell because of the slope of about 15-20 degree. But finally sold it after about 10month with a tiny bit profit.
just didn't want to hold any longer as the benefit assessment fee is too much at 2400/yr. so I immediately agreed to the offer of 35000 at which I could make about 300 net return after all cost..Haha
