    @Victor Frosh - Congrats on the purchase! What are the numbers? What did you pay for it? How much renovation does it need? What will you rent it for? What sort of debt did you get for it? I'd love to learn more about project.

    Not interested in selling.  Just a post showing an outstanding investment decision.  House is in Westland, Michigan.  Which is a nice middle class Michigan suburban area. I have own this home for 18 years.  It has exceptional appreciation and outstanding cash flow.  People should aways invest.  "Think about the ant! Consider its ways and be wise! It has no commander. It has no leader or ruler.
