VALUATION & STRATEGY - Beach STR, 220k yr gross, 45-50k expenses
Looking for valuation feedback and strategy. I've got a 2nd row ocean facing 6/6.5 STR in North Myrtle Beach that has three year 220k history. 2025 outperforming previous years. Expenses roughly 45-50k. Renovated Spring 2022. Looking to sell. What would you all look to sell for? I know many would not sell but it's what I do with some of my properties. Also, where would you look to sell? Looking for new ways to connect with potential investors or other? Thanks for any feedback all.
