Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $46,000
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $138,500

Built in 1948 , this little craftsman bungalow is well built and full of charm. The whole house has been completely restored and has been brought back to life. The restoration includes new double pane windows, new roof, siding, new drywall, restored hardwood floors , complete bathroom remodel, in the kitchen new cabinets and granite countertops have been installed, a complete electrical upgrade and for the most efficient heating and cooling 3 mini split heat pumps have been added. Located in West Orange Texas and just a mile from the new Chevron Refinery that is being built. Would make a great first home , Long term , Mid-term or short-term rental.
