Hey @Nausher Cholavaram I'm seeing a negative $200 monthly cashflow and a negative CoC of about -4.5%.
As @Michael K Gallagher said we can't see the address so this *could* be a highly appreciating zip code or A+ area, potentially making this a decent hold play... but if not I'd say keep searching.
Rule #1 is cash flow day one or a CLEAR path to it!
