Invelo app bigger pockets - success stories inaccurate

Hey guys, 

I was looking at the different bigger pocket deals tools. I noticed Invelo App, but when reviewing the page I saw the bottom deals section.

My comment is when I google search these properties photos on google image I get very different information from real estate property tax history. How are these deal websites getting this data, or did the marketing team mess up?

I searched through about 4 or so properties in the bottom and all of them are off on the numbers (quite a bit, not just a rounding issue)
