Small 2/1 should bathroom be attached?

I'm currently flipping a smaller 2/1. It currently is a Jack/Jill set up. I was planning on walling off one bedroom and building a hallway. So master has access and guests have access without walking through a bedroom.

Should I wall off master and just have the one access?

I think access from the master is nice.
