Reading Brandon's book on Rental Property Investing
Hello everyone. I just wanted to say how much I'm liking this book. I have a few chapters left to go but so far I have a plan in writing. I have done research on several markets and run the numbers by hand. I created a worksheet in Excel that does the numbers for me now with a few inputs. I also have started making a list of areas where I need more education like landlording and tax laws and their implications. I hope to buy my 1st rental this year. I'm on my way.
