@Srikanth Reddy - Great job on your flips! Love your exterior color changes - especially your choice of accent/trim color! We are currently installing a Murphy bed in our current home in Memphis! Love them! Did you install yourself or was it already there?

@Elizabeth Wilson- The condo was purchased without finishes from the builder. Hired a carpenter to help design and install the custom Murphy bed.
@Megan Greathouse - Hi Megan, both properties are in SF. It wasn't easy to break in, had to do a lot of homework :). Heard great things about Saint Louis for turn key properties. What are your thoughts on the rental market there?

@Srikanth Reddy, St. Louis is great because of the relatively inexpensive prices. The market is pretty hot right now, so it takes some time to find a good deal... even at $150K or less, you can end up with a property that will result in negative cash flow after maintenance, repairs, capex, etc. But if you get to know the market, and spend some time searching, there are certainly good deals!
