East Roosevelt and Hermitage area in Little Rock

Anyone familiar with Little Rock can comment on these areas of the city? What class would you say this general area is? Is it a decent or good area to invest in? It seems pretty safe on the crime maps. Thanks for any insight.

Its is in the 72206 Zip cod which is large zip cod.
Personally i wouldn't invest there as i believe you can do better in better locations.
Why are you asking about this location? any specif deal?

I've lived in LR for 15 years now. I'd steer clear of East Roosevelt, for sure....low income, high unemployment, high vacancy, high crime. I'm not sure where Hermitage is. There's a Hermitage Rd out west, but it's all commercial stuff.
