Is buying a 9yr lease on a bar a wise investment!?! 13k per month, the owner of the lease wants 200k to walk away. for those who know the upper west side of Manhattan is a great location!!

That's a killer return! Get that in writing subject to due diligence of tenant. Get financials of tenant and payment history to make a decision.
