Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Killeen.
Purchase price: $220,700
Cash invested: $1
This was my first multifamily investment. I used the VA loan so I used 0 money down. It is a 4plex with 2 3/2 units and 2 2/1 units. If I was to rent out all 4 units I would make around $200 a month cash flow. I'm looking to hold this for a few years then sell it if it appreciates enough. I'm hoping to make more cash flow on my next property in the future.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Wanting to House Hack as well as the location to my work.
