Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) wholesale investment.

Sale price: $250,000

Two SF homes and 5 mobile homes on several acres in Hall County. Good cash flow. Tenants in place. Excellent property for someone to invest some work and greatly improve the rents. Available as of 01/16/2019, not yet listed. Buy before it hits MLS. negotiable price.
