Other fix & flip investment in Okeechobee.

Purchase price: $19,000
Cash invested: $19,000

Bought .65 acres of land in Okeechobee, Florida. It has trees and brush all over. I plan to clear it out and sell it for developers. It can be subdivided into two lots.

Plenty of small contractors out there.....they’ll likely clear it, pile it up, and then burn it as long neighboring houses aren’t too close.
You might find a builder, not a developer, to buy it but it will likely be someone who wants to build their own house, or just sit on it.
