What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
To purchase and rent it out and the great price.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I was renting it at the time. I negotiated directly with the owner.
How did you finance this deal?
5% down and a 15 year mortgage at 3.00%
